Board of Directors & League Leadership

The ICT Youth Football League is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors and leadership team committed to creating a safe, organized, competitive, and positive environment for every athlete, coach, and family.

Our leadership brings together years of experience in youth sports, coaching, officiating, mentoring, community service, and program development. Each member plays an important role in maintaining league standards, supporting participating organizations, resolving concerns, and ensuring every decision is made with the best interests of our children in mind.

League Leadership

Corey Akins — League Director Responsible for the overall direction, development, and daily operations of the league. Corey works closely with organizations throughout Kansas and Oklahoma to create opportunities for young athletes while promoting structure, accountability, exposure, and sportsmanship.

Trina Dixon— Field Director Oversees game-day operations, field management, scheduling coordination, team communication, and league procedures. Her leadership helps ensure each event is organized, efficient, and welcoming for all participating families.

Donald Dixon — Lead Official Provides leadership and direction for league officiating, rule enforcement, official development, and game-day accountability. His role is essential in maintaining fairness, consistency, safety, and professionalism throughout the season.

Together, our Board of Directors and leadership team are working to build more than just a football league. We are building a community centered around mentorship, player development, family involvement, and opportunities for the next generation.

Our mission is to protect the integrity of youth sports, reclaim our sidelines, and provide every child with a safe place to learn, compete, grow, and succeed.
