Next Level is more than a youth football organization—it is a movement committed to building leaders from the inside out.
Through structure, mentorship, and purpose, Next Level provides young athletes with the guidance and support needed to grow on the field, in the classroom, and throughout life. The program emphasizes discipline, accountability, confidence, teamwork, and strong character while creating a positive environment where every child can develop and succeed.
Next Level is dedicated to helping the next generation recognize their potential, overcome challenges, and become leaders within their families, schools, and communities. Football is the platform, but the true mission is preparing young people for the next level of life.

Jeran Trotter – Board of Directors
Jeran Trotter is a proud Wichita native, former standout athlete, and dedicated mentor committed to developing the next generation of leaders. A product of the Wichita Grizzlies High football program, Jeran’s talent and work ethic earned him the opportunity to compete at the NCAA Division I level with Missouri State before returning home to finish his collegiate career at Friends University.
Today, Jeran channels that same passion into serving the youth of Wichita through the Next Level Athletes Learning Center, where he provides mentorship, academic support, athletic development, and life-skills training. His commitment extends far beyond the game, helping young athletes build confidence, discipline, character, and purpose both on and off the field.
As a member of the ICTYFL Board of Directors, Jeran brings valuable leadership, firsthand playing experience, and a deep passion for youth advocacy. His mission is to ensure every child has access to positive opportunities, strong mentorship, and the resources needed to succeed in sports, education, and life.
